Our Approach

How we teach rapid game development

Hands-On Learning

You’re building an actual game from day one. We don’t spend time on theory when practice teaches faster. Every exercise builds directly into your MVP.

Real Feedback Loops

Playtesting happens early and often. You’ll see how real players interact with your game and learn to spot design problems before they waste your time.

Scope Discipline

We teach you how to cut features ruthlessly. Building fast means knowing what NOT to build. It’s the most valuable skill for any game developer.

Small Group Sizes

Max 15 people per workshop. Instructors actually know your name and your project. You get real feedback, not generic advice.

Common Questions

Do I need experience to attend?

No. We’ve worked with complete beginners and shipped their games in a week. We’ve also mentored experienced devs who wanted to learn rapid iteration. The workshop scales to your level.

What if I don’t know which engine to use?

We’ll help you choose during the first session. It depends on your game type. Some people come knowing exactly what they want to build. Others come with just an idea. Both work.

Can I work on my existing project?

Yes. If you’ve already started something, we can help you scope it down for MVP and get to a playable state. Or start fresh — that works too.

What happens after the workshop?

You’ll have a playable prototype. Some people publish it. Others use it to pitch investors or test an idea. Most discover their next project during playtesting.

What Participants Say

“Wasn’t sure I could actually finish a game in a week, but the structure really works. We had something playable by day five. The instructors were patient when I got stuck and actually explained the ‘why’ behind their suggestions.”

James, 28

“I’ve made games before but never this fast. The emphasis on cutting scope was eye-opening. It’s easy to overthink game design. This workshop showed me how to ship something real instead of endlessly tweaking.”

Sarah, game developer

“Came in wanting to learn if game development was right for me. Spent seven days building an actual game with people who knew what they were doing. It definitely is. Already signed up for the next one.”
